There’s been a bit of a debate lately about whether to include the word “Advertising” in our name anymore. No one here wants to give the impression we are in any way moving away from our passion; our raison d’être.

But there is more going on around here (as evidenced by this blog) than mere advertising these days. We are challenging our clients to build campaigns on a higher strategic level. We’re bringing in new media solutions, interactive pieces, public relations ideas and promotional executions. What’s better is, we’re tying them all together and making each component more powerful as it supports the stuff we’ve always done so well, like TV, radio and print.

So, no – taking “Advertising” out of our name doesn’t mean we’ve joined the herd of ad shops who’ve given up on this life-affirming business pursuit. It means we’re making it bigger. We’re building better bridges between our clients and their customers.

And if this holistic approach the art of selling by means of communication leads us into uncharted territory among advertising agencies, well, we’re cool with that, too.
